Requesting help

Include the purchase date, receipt or other proof of purchase, part details and a description of the issue. Photos may help explain damage or a mismatch. Do not include payment-card details.
Before returning or installing a part
Contact the store before shipping or bringing an item back so the next steps can be confirmed. Keep the item and any packaging or documentation available for review. Do not install a part that appears damaged or incompatible; seek qualified installation advice when appropriate.
Refunds, exchanges and warranty questions
Eligibility and the available resolution are assessed using the terms provided at purchase and applicable law. If a refund or exchange is approved, the store will confirm the method, amount and expected timing. Any applicable manufacturer warranty depends on the specific product and its warranty terms; this website does not promise a warranty for every part.
